Moving to the Wild West isn’t exactly part of Esra Taner’s life plan . . . But when she drops out of medical school and her brother suggests she join him at Bravetown, the Wild West theme park where he’s working for the summer, she can’t find a good enough reason to say no.
When she arrives, Esra happens to be the perfect fit for the costumes of Bravetown’s resident damsel in distress, which means she’s about to spend the summer being dramatically abducted by Ace Ryder, the park’s lawless cowboy.
Ace is the definitive yes please with an evil smirk to make you lose your morals, but the man behind the costume, Noah Young, is about as exciting as a granola bar.
Noah and Esra have no interest in each other outside of their performances. But when their stunts start to go wrong and their futures at Bravetown are at risk, Esra and Noah put their differences aside and soon realize the attraction between their characters might not all be for show.

Please note that all orders (effective 10/7/25 after returning from bereavement leave) are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).
Blind Date with a Book orders/subscriptions will be shipped the 12th of each month unless otherwise stated.
If your order includes a preorder, you will receive your items once the preorder becomes available, which is typically the week of publication unless otherwise stated (ex: hand signed copies that arrive post release). If you wish to receive your other items as soon as possible, please place two separate orders. This will allow for two shipping labels to be created.
After items are shipped, all delivery times will vary based on your location, which typically is between 5-8 business days (Economy Shipping). There may be some delays as we enter into the busiest season of the year (November/December/early January). Please be patient! Shipping is only available for U.S. at this time.
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking information. This can take up to 48 hours to update.
Returns:
If your order is incorrect upon arrival, please reach out to us at hello@alwaysyoursbookshop.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number. Our goal is to make sure you are happy!
If any damages incurred during shipping or if your package was lost, unfortunately this is out of our control. If this instance happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
