Shipping policy

Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).

Blind Date with a Book orders/subscriptions will be shipped the 12th of each month unless otherwise stated.

If your order includes a preorder, all of your items will ship once the preorder item becomes available. If your cart includes multiple preorders, your items will ship once the FINAL preorder becomes available. If you wish to receive your other items as soon as possible, please place two separate orders. This will allow for two shipping labels to be created.

After items are shipped, all delivery times will vary based on your location, which typically is between 5-8 business days (Economy Shipping). There may be some delays as we enter into the busiest season of the year through USPS and weather. (November/December/early January). Please be patient! Shipping is only available for U.S. at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking information. This can take up to 48 hours to update.

If your order is incorrect upon arrival, please reach out to us at hello@alwaysyoursbookshop.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number. Our goal is to make sure you are happy! If your order is damaged, please file a claim with the carrier.

Any damages that incurred during shipping or your package was lost is out of our control. If this instance happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
