It’s about time roommates Alejandro and Kenny get married. Or at least, that’s what all their close friends and family think when they announce their engagement. The kicker? The two are faking their whole relationship so Alejandro can get a green card. But if Han was going to marry anyone, it would be his ride or die since second grade.
Han has never been able to put down roots, and the only one who truly breaks through his walls is Kenny. Sweet, sensitive Kenny is newly single, and what better distraction from his soul-sucking relationship than proposing marriage to Han? Kenny can’t think of anything more fun than spending his life with his best friend, even if it’s just for a piece of paper. But as Kenny keeps up the charade, he’s soon struggling to resist their sizzling chemistry.
The line between fact and fiction begins to blur the closer they get to their wedding date. With all eyes on Han and Kenny—including a meddling ex and immigration officers—will these two bros make it down the altar for real?

Please note that all orders (effective 10/7/25 after returning from bereavement leave) are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).
Blind Date with a Book orders/subscriptions will be shipped the 12th of each month unless otherwise stated.
If your order includes a preorder, you will receive your items once the preorder becomes available, which is typically the week of publication unless otherwise stated (ex: hand signed copies that arrive post release). If you wish to receive your other items as soon as possible, please place two separate orders. This will allow for two shipping labels to be created.
After items are shipped, all delivery times will vary based on your location, which typically is between 5-8 business days (Economy Shipping). There may be some delays as we enter into the busiest season of the year (November/December/early January). Please be patient! Shipping is only available for U.S. at this time.
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking information. This can take up to 48 hours to update.
Returns:
If your order is incorrect upon arrival, please reach out to us at hello@alwaysyoursbookshop.com within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number. Our goal is to make sure you are happy!
If any damages incurred during shipping or if your package was lost, unfortunately this is out of our control. If this instance happens, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
